(1) Sugarcane juice 🍹
Add lemon and mint in sugarcane juice and sprinkle a pinch of rock salt on top and drink that sugarcane juice!

Buy sattu from the market and take five spoons of sattu in it and add half a spoon of pure ghee with this spoon and pour half a glass of cold water from the pot on top and add sugar, mishri or sugar candy according to taste and drink it!
Benefits- Assume that you cannot get sunstroke because sattu stabilizes the water in the body!
