1. Waking Up Early
Successful people wake up early. There are many benefits to rising early: you stay healthy, get more time for work, have extra time for studies, and can allocate time for yourself. You can also make time for exercise in the morning!
2. Exercising (Workout)
You should definitely exercise. There are numerous benefits to working out: you stay healthy and fit, food digests better, and your body feels energized. Exercising in the morning ensures you don’t feel tired throughout the day, and your energy levels remain high.

You should set aside time for meditation in the morning or evening. Meditation has many benefits: it sharpens your mind, reduces stress and anxiety, and helps ward off illnesses.
